Dresdner Spitzen

The Dresdner Gardinen- und Spitzenmanufaktur, has been a prominent player in the global textile industry since our establishment in 1884 in Dresden, Germany. Our focus is on the production of high-quality lace and lace fabrics, a mission that began as an effort to provide a German-made alternative to imported luxury curtains in the late 19th century.

Today, we produce up to 200,000 kilograms of lace annually, all certified according to Standard 100 by OEKO-TEX®, demonstrating our commitment to sustainability. With 80% of our production exported globally, we serve a diverse range of high-profile customers, including Calida, Dolce & Gabbana, Triumph International, s.Oliver, and C&A.

Our unique E-Machines, the only ones in Europe, allow us to create expressive lace with a raised structure for outerwear. Our annual turnover ranges between 6 and 6.5 million euros, solidifying our place in the global textile industry. Our factory, a protected monument, is a testament to our rich history and ongoing contribution to the economy.
